Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay a deposit?
When you bring your own jewellery, usually not. We tell you before work starts.
How long does it take?
5–10 working days, complex pieces up to 15. We agree the delivery date with you before we start.
How do I know I get my own diamonds back?
On the day you bring the piece, we photograph and measure every diamond in front of you and hand you the record sheet to check against when you collect.
It is my mother's jewellery. What should I do?
Agree it with the original owner and the family first. You are welcome to come and choose the design together at the showroom.
Can I add diamonds?
Yes, natural or lab-grown, as a centre stone or around the setting. The price of added diamonds is confirmed on LINE.
Can my old gold go into the new setting?
Yes. Your diamonds and your gold become the new piece. We look at the real piece and confirm the details and price on LINE before work starts.
