Frequently asked questions
Can you really make any design?
Yes. A diamond shape or design that is not in the collection is made to order. Send a photo or sketch on LINE @zilvy and we assess it for free.
How long does it take?
5–10 working days, complex pieces up to 15. We agree the delivery date with you before we start.
How much is the deposit?
40% after you approve the 3D render. The balance is paid on collection, or cash on delivery. The sketch and 3D render are free before any deposit.
What if I do not like the 3D render?
Tell us on LINE what to change. The sketch and render come before the deposit, so you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Can I use my own diamonds or gold?
Yes. Your diamonds and your gold become the new piece, usually with no deposit. See the remake page for details.
Can you make pendants or earrings?
Yes. If you can imagine it, we can make it. Send a photo or sketch of the piece on LINE.
I live outside Bangkok. Can I still order?
Yes. The design, the 3D render and your approval all happen on LINE. Shipping is free anywhere in Thailand, with cash on delivery.
